- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Document and promptly report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to the supervising nurse or administrator.
- Support residents’ daily routines, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Provide companionship and encourage participation in meaningful daily activities that promote independence, dignity, and engagement.
- Follow individualized service and care plans while maintaining a safe, respectful, and sanitary environment.

- Valid driver’s license and owned vehicle
- Must be able to pass a national background check and drug test
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
