To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of six months of professional experience as a CNA.
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- The ability to successfully pass a national background check and drug test.
- Strong and effective communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Supporting clients with their daily routines to help them maintain their independence at home.
- Providing compassionate assistance with personal care needs.
- Aiding with mobility, safe transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Managing meal planning, preparation, and feeding according to client needs and preferences.
